Rice

Rice is one of the most widely consumed staple foods, and its quality must meet stringent regulatory standards. ITC Labs is one of the few labs in India with EIC certification for rice testing. We are an EIC-Approved Testing Laboratory for rice exports, and we issue Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for Indonesia through our international partners. Our capabilities include pesticide residue analysis for over 700 molecules, as well as testing physical and chemical parameters like moisture, purity, foreign matter, chalkiness, and length. We also provide FRK blending and nutrient verification for fortified rice as per FSSAI guidelines.

For Basmati rice, we offer certification based on importing country requirements, including SFDA-accepted conformity certificates for Saudi Arabia. For non-Basmati rice, we provide immediate moisture analysis using advanced, globally accepted equipment.

Wheat and Grains

We offer extensive testing services for wheat and grains, covering parameters such as moisture, foreign matter, gluten content, and pesticide residues. Our services also include micronutrient analysis in fortified wheat, covering iron, zinc, folic acid, and vitamin B12 and compatibility testing for soil and water to ensure sustainable crop growth.

Organic Food Testing

We provide comprehensive testing for organic products, accredited by NABL (ISO 17025:2017) and recognised by APEDA. Our services support compliance with APEDA NPOP, US NOP, EU regulations, and other client-specific requirements. Testing includes analysis for pesticide residues, ETO, GMO, heavy metals, MOSH/MOAH, aflatoxins, and Sudan dyes. We are also approved for raw organic cotton testing.

Peanuts

ITC Labs offers advanced peanut testing services, including aflatoxin detection below 2 ppb using LC-MS/MS, as per APEDA and EU standards. We also test for salmonella, moisture, and oil content. Our labs are APEDA-approved, and we support export certification to the EU and Middle East markets.

Import Commodities

For import cargo, we provide independent, dispute-resolution testing and analysis via our NABL-accredited, FSSAI- and APEDA-approved labs. We conduct container sampling, stuffing inspection, and consignment evaluation for food grains, pulses, spices, and other agricultural commodities.

Apart from pathogen detection, we also carry forward the following tests in our microbiological lab.
