We are looking for dynamic Business Development professionals who are passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Promote ITC Labs’ testing and analytical services to industrial and corporate customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers to close business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA with 2–9 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience in laboratory services will be preferred.
- Exposure to Air Monitoring and Water Monitoring services will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and networking abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
