HR – PMS Specialist

ITC Labs is looking for an experienced HR – PMS Specialist to strengthen and manage our Performance Management System (PMS) and support a structured, performance-driven work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete PMS cycle — goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations and performance closure
• Develop and manage KRA, KPI and competency frameworks across functions
• Coordinate annual performance appraisals and increment cycles
• Work with business and functional heads to ensure effective goal setting and performance evaluation
• Analyse performance ratings, identify trends and support calibration discussions
• Develop PMS dashboards, HR MIS and performance analytics for management
• Support managers and employees with PMS-related queries, goal setting and performance feedback
• Conduct PMS awareness/training sessions for managers and employees
• Support Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and performance improvement initiatives
• Contribute to talent identification, succession planning and employee development initiatives
• Review and improve PMS processes and support HR digitisation and automation

What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of PMS, KRA, KPI, competencies and appraisal processes
Hands-on experience managing the complete PMS cycle
Strong HR Analytics and MIS capabilities
Advanced/strong MS Excel skills
Experience with HRMS/PMS tools will be an advantage
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work with senior management and cross-functional teams
High level of confidentiality and attention to detail

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
