About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience in listed companies to ensure ERP implementation, end-to-end financial management, audits, taxation, budgeting, financial closing and strategic financial planning, ensuring robust governance and business support.

Key Responsibilities –

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
• Ensure accurate preparation and review of financial statements, MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
• Support CFO in consolidation of accounts and group-level financial reporting, as applicable.

ERP Implementation & Process Automation

• Lead and coordinate ERP implementation, upgrades, and stabilization in coordination with IT, consultants, and business users.
• Ensure correct financial configuration, data migration, controls, and process integration across modules.
• Drive process automation and digitization to improve efficiency, accuracy, and control.

Taxation (Direct & Indirect)

• Manage direct and indirect taxation including Income Tax, GST, TDS, transfer pricing (if applicable), and assessments.
• Handle tax audits, notices, assessments, appeals, and coordination with external tax advisors.
• Optimize tax planning within legal and regulatory frameworks.

Audit & Governance

• Lead statutory, internal, tax, and regulatory audits and act as the primary point of contact with auditors.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and SOPs to ensure strong governance.
